“I had the pleasure of working with Brad Erwood in 2008-2009. I had just bought a 4000 sq ft. house that needed a complete remodel. We bought the house, constructed in 1978, in 2003. The fixtures were dated, the kitchen was not serviceable for our needs, the lighting was inadequate and the tiling looked doughty. You worked with the architect and interior designer and completed the project to our great satisfaction. We especially like our new kitchen lay out. The hanging pot rack above the island was designed and constructed specifically for Susan. All three bathrooms were redone. The inverse bamboo tile in the small guest power room is a unique and very interesting feature. You completed the project on time, the work site was always clean and safe and your relationships with the subcontractors were excellent.”

I have known Brad Erwood for 20 + years. I first met him when he was hired by Peck/ Jones Construction Corporation. He worked in the estimating department and as a Project engineer, he was chosen to go with a team to Dubai and put an estimate together for the National bank of Dubai back in 2003. Brad later chose to leave P/J to pursue other opportunities in building and real estate. Several years later, Brad and I met by chance on the Mt. Baldy Mountaineers trail and we rekindled our friendship in the outdoors and building. I ended up hiring Brad to renovate my house in Tarzana. I found Brad to be conscientious, detail oriented and always focused on saving cost. Brad and I remain friends and share an interest in mountain and rock climbing.
